We had a wonderfully informative meeting last Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Van Wert. Krista Hoersten, OTR/L, MHS, and Certified Hand Therapist spoke to us about healthy ways to use our hands as musicians. We were able to ask questions about how we teach hand position, wrist movement, sitting position at the keyboard, and many other important techniques.
